Effective contractor management procedures are an essential risk management tool ensuring all contractors have been fully inducted into the site and have correct insurances and licences where required. We have a standard form for all contractors to read and sign annually.

All work activities within the common areas are to be conducted in accordance with the Victorian Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 and any other relevant legislation.

TRE Inspects and approves invoices of Contractors work to ensure all work is performed at a high standard and has been completed in accordance with any agreement, scope of works or work order issued.
